We have used ground spices for ease, but fresh turmeric and ginger would work brilliantly in this turmeric latte recipe too! You can also add cloves, cardamom, and any other warming spices you fancy!
Ingredients
• 200ml milk of choice
• ½ -1tsp ground turmeric
• ¼ tsp ground ginger
• ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
• Optional
½ tsp vanilla extract
dash of honey or maple syrup
grind of black pepper
Method
1. Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and stir well over a medium heat
2. Once hot, pour into a mug and enjoy!
