Ingredients
Serves: 4
2 mackerel fillets
200g Greek yoghurt
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Method
Cut up the fillets into thirds and place them in a blender or a food processor. Blend until smooth and then add the yoghurt. Process again for 20 seconds and add the lemon juice. Process until smooth. Spoon into a serving dish then place in the fridge until ready to serve.
