What you’ll need (makes 14 balls): - 100g whole almonds - 60g dried figs - 25g dried cranberries - 60g sultanas - Zest of 1 orange - Zest of 1 lemon - 3/4tsp mixed spice - 1 tbsp agave (personally I'd rather go with some raw honey, date syrup, maple syrup or molasses)
How to make:
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or Nutri bullet & blitz until the mixture comes together – it should be coarsely chopped and a little sticky
- Roll into small balls
- Cover in ground almonds & enjoy!
